  Its gotten better after a year no one is swearing out loud anymore but most of the employees that are not at a manager position or above seem to be lazy and not care. Also at the beginning of the day on a Monday how can you be out of hot chocolate when the employee does not even take the time to check the back for more and how can a dunkin donuts stop supplying jelly munchkins? poor service but they cleaned up the yelling and swearing.
