  Dear Dr. Tepeli,
  I was searching unsuccessfully for words to express our sincere gratitude and thanks to you for the excellent care that you have provided for my Dad, Mr. Varkey Mathai, who went to be with his Lord on January 31st at our home on his bed as he desired. I could not find anything that truly reflects our sincere thanks to you for taking care of my dad for the last three decades as a “Prince.” We thankfully remember all the loving, compassionate, and excellent care that you have provided for him all these years. Also, you have arranged the best specialists for him all the time. You became his Pulmonologist after his major asthma attack and he was on Ventilator at South Suburban Hospital at that time. After that you took responsibility of him as his Primary Care Physician even though as a Pulmonologist, you didn’t have to do that. Your knowledge, expertise and superior care enabled him to have normal healthy life until his last breath at the age of 94 years even with all his multiple health problems.
  I am sure on one thing, that I never found a doctor like you, who is so committed to his patients and their well being as you are and will not find another one in my life. Once again, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for the excellent care you have provided for my dad.
